Aloha, my name is Allysen!
 I am the Vice President of Operations at Island Massage Spa. I am responsible for managing staff and am the creative mind behind our marketing campaigns!

I graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies of Art & Design with a double minor in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing with Cum Laude Honors. I also studied Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

Island Massage Spa is my family business, and I have worked here since opening in 2017. Watching it grow over the years is a gift that I will forever cherish. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Island Massage Spa's success and am excited to continue growing this company. I love family, fitness, cooking, fashion, and working hard! Aloha, my name is Layla Rushing!

I am the General Manager of Island Massage Spa, as well as a Texas State Certified Manicurist.

I am from Fort Worth, Texas, but moved with my family to Burleson after opening our new Island Massage Premier Day Spa location.

 I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education & a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, both from Texas A&M University, Summa Cum Laude Honors.

I love making clients feel warm and comfortable as they arrive, and I strive to make each experience memorable with the best customer service that I can provide. I am here to make your experience at Island Massage Spa right, so if anything is unsatisfactory, please let me know. I believe that Island Massage Spa is a special place, and I hope you do too!

Aloha, my name is Addy! I recently obtained my LMT license and am eager to learn all that I can about this industry! I became a massage therapist because of my passion to help people feel better. In my spare time, I play guitar and sing. I also love painting and reading. A fun fact about me is that I grew up abroad and can speak Spanish fluently. I would love to see you and help you relax and relieve stress!

Aloha! My name is Derrick. I've been massaging for 11 years. I am very technical and have many certifications. I can perform trigger point and lymphatic draining techniques, as well as prenatal, and infant massage. I will make sure that the massage you get is customized to what your body needs at that moment. My technique is a combination of Deep Tissue and Sports all done in a Swedish way. This grounds the body to release good relaxing chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. I believe the human body is simply a miracle and deserves to be treated as such.

Aloha, My name is Destiny. I am new to the massage industry as this is my first year practicing massage but I love what I do and am eager to learn everything I can to accommodate my clients. I am certified in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and love providing relaxation and healing to my clients. It is my goal to provide personalized treatment and cater to what your body needs. In my free time I love to spend time with my son and family, paint or do arts and crafts activities, and I am a foodie who loves to try new foods and treats.

Hello, my name is Francisca, also known as Frankie! I have been a massage therapist for over 6 years! Very blessed with the gift of touch. I love and enjoy what I do and try my best to be the best! I am grateful to be a part of the team. I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I am certified in Prenatal, Lymphatic, Lomi-Lomi, and Thai Herbal.
I am a wife and mom of a two-year-old toddler and a 4-year-old pug. My hobbies are cooking, spending time with my family, singing to my babies, and, of course, massage.

Aloha, I'm Lynn! I have been a Massage Therapist for 5+ years. I love bringing much-needed relief to my clients, especially when they are experiencing pain due to tension and stress. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and giving back to my community through serving as a Deacon at my church.

Aloha, I'm Maryann! I have been with Island Massage Spa for 3+ years. Before joining Island Massage Spa full-time, I worked as a Nurse Assistant. I love helping others relieve aches and pains. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, and Prenatal, and have training in Rock Cupping. I was born and raised in New York, but have lived in Texas for the past 20 years. Aloha everyone! My name is Rachael Bailey and I have been a licensed massage therapist for 19 years. I absolutely LOVE my job, and enjoy helping people alleviate their pain and stress. I specialize in several different areas of massage- from calming and relaxing Swedish, to Deep Muscle Therapy. Most importantly, I listen to your wants and needs and focus on your areas of concern. Aloha, my name is Sarah! I'm just a country girl living in the city, and I have been massaging for 3 years. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi-Lomi, Prenatal, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I also specialize in Hot Stones, Rock Cupping, Bamboo Therapy, Thai Herbal Massage, Stretching, Wraps, and Scrubs. I do this mostly to help you feel better, to relieve your pain, and hopefully get you moving more easily. I love helping people. My pressure is medium-firm typically, but I can go lighter if you request. When I am not massaging, I am spending time with family and friends or doing something crafty.

Hello, my name is Sydney! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and relaxing Swedish massage. I’ve lived in the Downtown Fort Worth area for nearly five years. I spend my free time rock climbing, reading, painting, and of course, massaging! I truly love my job and hope I can continue to help people heal and achieve their goals for years to come.

Aloha, I’m Loretta! I am the Lead Esthetician at Island Massage Spa. I have been a Licensed Esthetician for 13 years, and I have a true passion for what I do. My passion for skincare started at a young age due to my own skin issues, which ignited my passion to learn more. I entered into esthetics training in 2010, and I have never looked back because I found my niche. Educating clients on the best skincare practices, as well as customizing treatments for all skin types, is what I do best. I’m here for you, so please come see me and let’s get started.

Aloha, my name is Amy! I am the Head of Housekeeping at Island Massage Spa. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years. I enjoy organizing, cleaning, and arranging the visual display merchandising in the Spatique. I have two daughters, so when I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family, going on road trips, and having fun adventures.

Dr. Lorenzo’s career in chiropractic care began when he graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1998 – shortly after he kick-started his own practice, Texas Pain and Wellness. Dr. Lorenzo served the community of Haltom City for 24 years and recently decided to relocate his office to the great city of Burleson. His approach to chiropractic care is highly unique in that he focuses on the “whole body” health of his patients and seeks to uncover underlying health problems that may be causing them discomfort. Dr. Lorenzo has made it his mission to treat every patient like a member of his family and looks forward to serving the community of Burleson!

Aloha! My name is Lana. I am a part of the Hospitality Team. I love Island Massage Spa. I started out as an Island Member years ago when Island Massage Spa was first established in 2017. I loved it so much, I wanted to join the team! In my free time, I am very adventurous. I enjoy riding dirt bikes, ATV’s, camping, and am an avid Audio Book enthusiast.
